Dimensions to evaluate
An SE is Overloaded if any enabled dimension exceeds its Stretched threshold, Stretched if any exceeds Healthy, otherwise Healthy.

Default is used for any segment without its own row.
Define segment names in ☰ Manage Data → Segments.
Account Complexity Weighting
When enabled, account workload uses the sum of account multipliers instead of raw account count. Untagged accounts count as 1.0.

Display Quota Totals As
Rollup rules: Account level on → AE quota = sum of their accounts' quotas. SE quota = sum of their accounts × (1 − buffer). AE level on (account off) → SE quota = sum of their AEs' quotas × (1 − buffer).
Edit quotas on individual people and accounts in Manage Data.
SE Cost Model
Used to compute coverage ratio (quota covered ÷ cost) and the business case for proposed hires. ROI columns and exports stay hidden until you save once.

At-Risk Pipeline Discounts
When an SE is overloaded, a portion of their carried quota is at risk of slipping. These percentages drive the $-at-risk number on the org rollup and the proposed-hire payback math.
